Kassie Overton
Kassie Overton
Greetings BCS families! My name is Kassi Overton and I have been with the BCS family for the last two years. I have had the privilege to work with the beloved preschoolers and have enjoyed every minute of being a part of their academic and spiritual growth. This year I am excited, honored, and humbled, to still be a part of this family and spend another great year here as one of the kindergarten teachers!
For those of you who may not know me, I would like to share a little about myself and my family. I am a native of Wyoming, and my family and I came to the Grand Valley fourteen years ago. My husband and I are blessed with a beautiful son who just turned fourteen years old and will be in the eighth grade this year. We love to spend time together hiking and participating in many other outdoor activities every chance we get! We also love spending time with our beloved church family. My husband is a deacon at our church, and we have been teaching God’s word to the youth group for the past four years. It was through this beautiful experience that I recognized that God has given me the desire and has called me to teach his children.
I continually look forward to the academic and spiritual growth of every child on campus and all the joy that their smiling faces bring! Thank you for this opportunity!
In His steps,
Mrs. Overton
